Grassroots Nonpartisan Rally for National Health Care Justice

4-7 PM Monday October 6th, in downtown Nashville

  • Who: You, and your family and friends and neighbors. Eight out of every ten Americans say our healthcare system isn't working for them, and expect the next president and congress to deliver national healthcare reform. Join us, and make your voice heard. We want thousands at this rally!

  • What: Nationally known speakers and live music. Bring a sign if you like.

  • Where: The rally will be on Legislative Plaza. That's the big flat space at Union and 6th Avenue N., across the street from the downtown Sheraton Hotel (one of the tallest buildings in the area). It's the green rectangle in the map at right. Additional maps and parking information can be found at this link.
    .
  • When and why: This event will occur the day before a televised "debate" between McCain and Obama will be held in elsewhere in Nashville. We want to make it clear: Concerning health care, the debate is over! Cover America Now! This rally is about ordinary people like us sending a message. So bring everyone you know.
